Support the marketplace

Help your learners find the right one-to-one tutor.

Edutech Mega remains one student–teacher marketplace. Schools and institutions can refer learners, discuss sponsored access, and coordinate learning goals with our team while students use the standard marketplace to choose and book identity-verified teachers.

A school partnership supports the existing marketplace; it does not create a separate school platform or replace classroom teachers.

One connected journey

01

School supports access

Identify learners and agree the partnership scope with our team.

02

Student uses a standard account

The learner registers and uses the same student experience as every marketplace customer.

03

Student chooses a verified teacher

The public catalogue contains certified teachers with mandatory, current identity verification.

04

The marketplace handles the lesson

Availability, booking, payment review, live sessions, invoices, notifications, and reviews stay in one flow.

The institution’s role

Partner to widen access and strengthen learning.

Schools and institutions can connect learners with verified tutors, align support with real learning needs, and preserve each learner’s choice and ownership.

Connect learners with verified tutors

Give learners a trusted way to find certified, identity-verified tutors across subjects, schedules, and learning goals.

Design support that fits

Work with our team on sponsored access, group support, or a partnership approach shaped around your institution’s priorities.

Align around learner progress

Set shared learning goals with EduTech Mega while learners keep their own accounts, bookings, and tutor choices.

How a school partnership supports the core flow

The partnership adds coordination around the marketplace—it does not fork the student and teacher experience.

01

Define the need

Tell us which learners, subjects, and outcomes the institution wants to support.

02

Agree the scope

Confirm any sponsorship, onboarding, reporting, privacy, and operational requirements with our team.

03

Learners choose

Students use standard accounts to browse certified, identity-verified teachers and select the right fit.

04

Sessions use the marketplace

Bookings, payments, live lessons, invoices, notifications, and reviews follow the normal platform workflow.

Clear product boundary

What exists today, and what needs a partnership agreement.

This distinction keeps school messaging accurate and ensures institutional coordination supports the live marketplace.

Available in the marketplace

  • Student registration, profiles, preferences, and booking history.
  • A searchable catalogue of certified, identity-verified teachers.
  • Teacher availability, one-to-one booking, payment review, and live-session workflows.
  • Invoices, notifications, completed-session reviews, and role-protected access.

Discuss before launch

  • School-funded lessons, bulk purchasing, or other sponsorship arrangements.
  • Cohort onboarding or institution-managed learner coordination.
  • Institution-specific reporting, consent, contracts, or data sharing.
  • SSO, LMS, roster, or other third-party integrations.

Mandatory teacher identity verification

A teacher cannot be certified, published, discovered, or booked without a current identity verification. Expired verification removes marketplace eligibility.

Privacy requirements are reviewed per partnership

The platform uses authenticated, role-based access and protected workflows. Any institution-specific legal, contractual, consent, retention, or assurance requirement must be reviewed and agreed before launch.

School partnership questions

Use Edutech Mega to extend access to the same trusted marketplace.

Tell us who you want to support. We will separate what the platform already provides from any partnership-specific work that must be agreed.
