Use a unique, long password and never share verification codes. Enable two-factor authentication when available.
2. Recognise scams
Edutech Mega will never ask for your password or one-time code by chat. Check links carefully and use the platform’s official payment flow.
3. Keep live classes private
Do not share classroom links, session recordings, or another participant’s personal details. Report unsafe behaviour using the classroom report button.
4. Act quickly
If you think someone accessed your account, change your password, sign out of other sessions, and contact support immediately.
